This couple had lived in their charming South Shore home for years and loved the neighborhood. But as they looked toward the future with their growing family of grandchildren, they wanted to ensure they could stay in their home long-term without worrying about stairs or accessibility challenges. Just off the new suite, we added a bright, inviting sunroom that functions as a three-season retreat. Large windows flood the space with natural light, offering views of the property’s mature landscaping while keeping the couple and their family comfortable in every season. A bar area completes the space with a nod to their love of tennis with this unique hardware.
