Tag friends in the comments section of the contest post with separate comments. Each tagged friend represents one contest entry. Followers are encouraged to enter as many times as they like.

One winner will be chosen at random and announced approximately one week after contest launch.

The Kerr Collective — Mini Session Giveaway Official Rules
The Kerr Collective is a design advisory studio operating as a distinct offering under White Oak Home, LLC. This giveaway is administered by White Oak Home, LLC through its design advisory division, The Kerr Collective.
Eligibility
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Prospective entrants must follow @the_kerr_collective on Instagram, like the contest announcement post, and tag at least one other Instagram user in the comments. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of White Oak Home, LLC are not eligible. To be eligible, prospective entrants must not already be under contract with another architect or design-build firm for the proposed residence. The contest is open to international participants. Entrants need not be present to win.
Qualification Period
The qualification period begins when the contest announcement is posted to the @the_kerr_collective Instagram account and ends at 11:59 PM one week from the posting date.
Entry Procedures
Eligible participants must tag at least one other Instagram user in the comments section of the contest announcement post. Each tag constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted and encouraged.
Duties of Participants; Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of White Oak Home, LLC, which are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. White Oak Home, LLC and its representatives are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions or failures; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of White Oak Home, LLC; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation or prize acceptance; or (v) any typographical or other errors in contest materials.
Violation of Contest Rules
White Oak Home, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Selection of Winners; Chances of Winning
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Description of Prize
The winner will receive a complimentary mini strategy session (“The Kerr Consult”) with The Kerr Collective, delivered virtually or in person at the discretion of White Oak Home, LLC. The total prize value is $500. Session scheduling is subject to availability. No cash value.
Notification of Winner; Substitution of Prizes
The winner will be announced via a public Instagram post the day after the contest closes. The winner must respond within 7 days to confirm and schedule their session. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. White Oak Home, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Permissions
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, location, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
